David Fox
Principal Human Resource Consultant & Coach
Having worked in the Human Resources field for over a decade, David established The HR Practise as a niche human resource consultancy in January 2006. In that time he worked with a number of clients to assist them with their HR requirements whilst working with organisations such as SHL, Hudson, Maximus and Talent Edge on leadership assessment and development assignments.
David is a registered organisational psychologist with a Masters Degree in Psychology and he has a passion for helping organisations align their people with their Vision, Mission, Values and Objectives.
His particular areas of focus and expertise are in Psychometric Testing, Performance Management, Objectives and KPI alignment, Values and Culture, Competency Development, Management Coaching and Employee Relations.
In addition, David has experience in sourcing and implementing various human resource information
systems including online performance management systems.
Most recently, David has published a book 'Change your Life! Powerful tools for life changing results'. Karen Ifield
Senior Human Resource Consultant & Coach
Karen Ifield has more than 15 years experience in all aspects of human resources and development.
She has worked with leading global companies in senior management positions in Sydney and London. These included: Natwest Markets PLC, Enron (UK), Bank of Japan, HMV and Starbucks.
Karen has extensive experience supporting small to medium size firms who have no internal HR function by providing them with in-house HR Consulting & a Virtual HR office solution.

Domenic Meli
Senior Human Resource Consultant
Dom is a people and organisational development specialist engaged in executive coaching, leadership
development, behavioural assessment, conflict resolution and communications & change programs
which help employees and organisations achieve goals and bring about sustainable improvements.
Dom has held senior human resources and industrial relations positions both within the public and
corporate sectors for organisations such as BHP and the Ambulance Service of NSW. During this
time, Dom successfully managed the resolution of significant disputation and the negotiation of employee awards and agreements. Dom also negotiated and introduced more effective workplace
arrangements and advocated matters before industrial tribunals.
Further, Dom worked tirelessly with operational management to drive performance improvement
and was responsible for the implementation of successful change management programs which
more closely aligned employee and business goals and enhanced employee engagement.
Dom holds a Bachelor of Economics from Sydney University along with certifications in Genos
